STEM Game Lab - Workshop Series

The STEM Game Lab is a three‑part Workshop Series that brings together students, early‑career professionals, educators and industry experts from Germany and the United States to explore how game development can strengthen STEM competencies. Each 90‑minute session combines concise expert presentations, practical case studies and a moderated transatlantic discussion

Workshop 3: Building Games, Building Talent - Germany & the USA

The German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. concludes the STEM Game Lab series with a transatlantic perspective on Tuesday, June 2, 2026: 10:00-11:30 AM EDT.

This workshop provides a comparative view of the German and U.S. gaming markets, including industry structures, funding programs, and educational initiatives. Participants will gain insights into how both countries nurture talent in STEM and game development, and how transatlantic collaboration can create new opportunities.

The session is designed for students, early‑career professionals, and educators who want to understand both markets and network internationally. Speakers from Germany and the United States will present their experiences and engage in a moderated discussion with participants.
