The government of the city of Berlin has launched an official worldwide tender to revitalize the International Congress Centrum - ICC Berlin - an icon of modern architecture and a milestone in European congress history. With an impressive capacity of 14,500 seats in 80 versatile rooms, the ICC Berlin offers space for events of all kinds - from international congresses to cultural highlights. The architectural jewel that once attracted guests from all over the world and shaped Berlin as a city of encounters has been resting since 2014.

Now there is an opportunity to redesign this world-famous landmark. As part of a conceptual process, innovative investors, architects and designers are being sought to bring new life to the ICC Berlin with a visionary concept. It's not just about building - it's about a new center in the heart of the continent that stands for culture, art, the creative industries, innovation and technology and will shape Berlin on its way to becoming the number one innovation location in Europe.

On January 29^th, 2025, ICC Ambassador and former Senator Stephan Schwarz will present the ICC and the concept procedure for the state of Berlin in New York. If you are unable to attend Stephan Schwarz will also be available for virtual or personal one-on-one meetings.
