Participants will have the opportunity to check in and engage in a brief warm-up activity to build connections. Participants will explore the unique communication dynamics in the business world. We will discuss effective communication strategies and share experiences to inspire and empower each other. Ellen Wagner, our coach, will guide the discussions, encouraging participants to share their experiences. We will break into interactive groups to explore solutions and strategies, share insights, experiences, and practical tips to empower each other in overcoming obstacles.

Meet our Coach Ellen Wagner:
Ellen Wagner is the founder and CEO of cross cultural bridges - wagner  coaching LLC in New Jersey in the U.S. The business psychologist consults  clients and companies in Europe and the U.S. on diversity, equity, and inclusion - particularly anti-Black racism and LGBTQIA* topics. She supports organizations with strategy and learning workshops to create an inclusive culture. Through her empowerment workshop formats, she empowers individuals to overcome external and internal barriers and strengthen their resources.
