Insights: Corporate Culture
Corporate culture is the foundation for success, yet the COVID-19 pandemic has been a catalyst in transforming the workplace environment we once knew. Our forum will feature candid discussions on what can and should be done to ensure a trusted work environment and productive workplace as the rules of engagement have been upended in the last couple of months. How to empower a distributed work force and measure team productivity? Can collaboration and idea exchanges still effectively occur when employees are not all in the office at the same time?
This event will be moderated by James Freeman, Senior Manager Communication at GACC NY.
