New Year's Networking Reception & Business Luncheon

We invite you to kick off the new year at the Harvard Club with us. We are thrilled to announce that Dean Jelena Kovačević will be our key note speaker this year. We will start with a networking reception before we sit down at the Harvard Hall for a 3 course Luncheon. Expect around 170 attendees and enjoy prime networking opportunities. 

Jelena Kovačević became the first woman Dean of the NYU Tandon School of Engineering in 2018. She received her Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Belgrade, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Columbia University. Before joining NYU, she was on the faculty of Carnegie Mellon University.

Since her arrival, she has garnered numerous accolades, including IEEE 2022 Engineering in Medicine & Biology Society Career Achievement Award, and is the founder and co-chair of the Northeast Regional Deans (NeRDs) council.

Kovačević worked at Bell Labs and co-founded xWaveforms. Her research interests include biomedical imaging and multiresolution techniques such as wavelets and frames.
