Event Description:
The GACC's New Year's Reception is our first annual event and our way of ringing in the New Year. More than 150 participants - high-level representatives of Germany and the U.S. - will come together to enjoy prime networking opportunities and to receive new economic insights from our keynote speaker, Congressman Charlie Dent.
Congressman Charlie Dent,
Member of the U.S. House of Representatives, has served Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District since 2005. He chairs the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and was named Chairman of the House Ethics Committee.
Charlie Dent serves as the Co-Chair of the Congressional Study Group on Germany, an independent, non-partisan and nonadvocacy organization that promotes legislative exchanges between the U.S. Congress and German Bundestag. He also serves as a co-chair of the Tuesday Group, a caucus of center-right Republican members focused on fiscal responsibility, a strong national defense, and an affirmative obligation to govern.
