Per Hong is a partner in Kearney’s Strategic Operations practice, helping clients to navigate disruption and build long-term strategic advantage. He’s been with Kearney for 25 years and spent more than six years leading the firm’s Russia unit in Moscow. Per currently co-leads Kearney’s global collaboration with the World Economic Forum and the Advanced Manufacturing and Production System platform, including supporting the World Economic Forum’s recent COVID Action Platform and Global Value Chain Resilience initiatives. Per is also host of the Supply Chain Shocks podcast which explores how companies are adapting as our world continues to evolve.  

Bernhard Kindelbacher holds the position as Vice President USA & Canada based in Chicago (USA) since June 2016 with responsibility for sales and handling activities in North America and Canada.
Bernhard Kindelbacher joined the Lufthansa Group as a trainee in 1990. He then held various posts at Lufthansa Cargo, initially as network manager and manager of express products prior to assuming overall responsibility for product management worldwide. In that capacity, he was responsible for the introduction of the Express Product Flash as well as in 1998 of Lufthansa Cargo’s time-definite services, which initiated new trends in the airfreight business.
In 2000, Bernhard Kindelbacher was appointed Director of Sales for USA Northeast & Midwest and Canada, based in New York. In 2004, he returned to Lufthansa Cargo’s headquarters in Frankfurt to head the Marketing and Network Planning divisions. He was also granted power of attorney. While exercising these responsibilities, Bernhard Kindelbacher was also largely instrumental in setting up a process-driven organisation at Lufthansa Cargo as well as implementing a programme to safeguard the cargo carrier’s results during the economic crisis in 2009. From 2010, Bernhard Kindelbacher was the head of Strategy, Subsidiaries & Business Development of Lufthansa Cargo initiating the fleet rollover to 777 freighters as well as the cooperations with ANA Cargo, Cathay Cargo and United Cargo. Kindelbacher is a member of the Cargo Network Services Corporation (CNS) Advisory Board.
Bernhard Kindelbacher holds a master degree in business management from the University in Munich as well as an MBA from the University of Vermont. Bernhard Kindelbacher is married and has four children.
