The STEM Game Lab is a three‑part Workshop Series that brings together students, early‑career professionals, educators and industry experts from Germany and the United States to explore how game development can strengthen STEM competencies. Each 90‑minute session combines concise expert presentations, practical case studies and a moderated transatlantic discussion
Workshop 2: Game Development & STEM in Germany
The German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is delighted to host the second workshop of the STEM Game Lab series on Tuesday, April 28, 2026: 10:00-11:30 AM EDT.
This session focuses on the German market, exploring educational pathways, industry structures, and programs that support young talent in game development and STEM fields. Participants will gain insights into how German institutions, universities, and companies work together to strengthen STEM skills through game development.
The workshop is aimed at students, early‑career professionals, and educators interested in the German game development and STEM landscape. It will be led by academic instructors and industry experts from Germany and will include a moderated discussion for direct exchange between speakers and participants.
