MHM MAJORS GmbH, led by Founder and CEO Marcus Höfl, operates internationally across sports management, marketing and investments, with particular expertise in bridging the European and U.S. markets.

Marcus Höfl advises and represents leading sports organizations, athletes and brands in strategy, market development, positioning and commercial partnerships. The current portfolio includes, among others, the European representation of the Orlando Magic (NBA) and the Seattle Seahawks (NFL). Since 2021, Marcus Höfl has also advised NBA player and captain of the German national basketball team Dennis Schröder, focusing on international marketing, communications and brand partnerships.

Marcus Höfl brings decades of experience in the international sports business. His track record includes the management of internationally renowned sports personalities such as Franz Beckenbauer and Boris Becker. From 2003 to 2024, he served as Franz Beckenbauer’s exclusive representative and manager. As former Head of Global Soccer at Red Bull, he was responsible for the company’s strategy and international expansion in soccer and served as a member of the Board of Governors of Major League Soccer (MLS).

In addition, Höfl is an active investor in international sports-tech companies, funds and accelerator programs, including X Games, TMRW Sports and Religion of Sports.
